Common questions about our steam, hot water and thermal oil boilers, as well as service processes.
Thermal oil systems can reach 280–300 °C at atmospheric pressure and have no risk of freezing or corrosion.
Steam boilers, on the other hand, generate steam under pressure for process heating.
If very high temperatures are needed, thermal oil is preferred; if mass heat transfer or moisture carriage is required, steam is recommended.
Our boilers can operate with natural gas, LPG, fuel oil, and biofuel burners.
For higher capacities, we also provide solid fuel (pre-furnace) solutions.
Burner selection and combustion chamber design are made according to your project needs.
By using economizers that recover flue gas heat, O₂ trim-controlled burners, variable frequency drive pumps, condensate recovery,
thermal deaerators, and proper insulation/automation, we can achieve 3–15% energy savings across the facility.
After site inspection and design, manufacturing begins.
Following factory acceptance tests (FAT), the system is shipped to the site, assembled, piped, and wired.
Our team then performs cold and hot commissioning.
Operator training and maintenance planning complete the process.
All manufacturing is carried out under the ISO 9001 quality management system and complies with relevant standards such as
TS EN, CE (PED), TS 736, and TS EN 13445.
Radiographic inspections, hydrostatic tests, and material certificates are documented for all pressure vessels.
Depending on the system type, periodic maintenance is recommended every 6–12 months.
We have authorized service teams in your region for on-site interventions.

Yes. We supply and integrate turnkey auxiliary equipment including air tanks,
single/double coil or electric boilers, accumulation tanks, deaerators, heat exchangers, and condensate tanks.
