Saturated Steam Table

Saturated Steam Table

In physics, chemistry, and engineering, steam refers to vaporized water. At a temperature around 100 degrees Celsius and under standard atmospheric pressure, steam is pure, transparent, and in gaseous form, occupying about 1600 times the volume of liquid water. Steam naturally exists at temperatures above the boiling point of water. Steam at higher temperatures is commonly referred to as superheated steam. It is the vapor that comes into contact with evaporating water; upon any decrease in temperature, this steam condenses back into liquid water.
