R&D and Engineering Approach

We adopt a design culture focused on safety, efficiency, and durability in industrial heating technologies. Our R&D team combines thermal process, pressure vessel, and automation disciplines to develop scalable and sustainable solutions tailored to customer needs.

Our development cycle consists of digital design (CAD), CFD/FEA analysis, rapid prototyping, laboratory testing, and field validation stages. Through PLC/SCADA-based automation, safety instrumentation, and data acquisition (IoT), we make our systems traceable and optimizable.

OUR ROADMAP

Engineering Competencies & Focus Areas

  • Thermal Design: Optimization of combustion chambers, flue gas paths, and heat transfer surfaces using CFD; design of economizers and deaerators.
  • Mechanical Strength: Stress and deflection analysis with FEA for pressure vessels and boiler bodies; calculations according to EN 13445 / PED requirements.
  • Electrical & Automation: PLC/SCADA, safety relays, multi-stage control and remote monitoring in compliance with SIL principles.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Rapid prototype manufacturing, FAT/SAT planning, performance and emission validation tests with calibrated sensors.
  • Digital Twin & Data: Collection of operational data, O2/draft monitoring, model-based efficiency optimization and alarm management.
  • Standards & Certification: PED, CE, TS EN, welding procedures (WPS/WPQR), NDT plans, and complete technical documentation.
  • Project Management: Requirements analysis, risk assessment (HAZOP), revision-controlled documentation, and operator training.
