Front Furnace Steam Boiler Systems

These are high-efficiency systems developed specifically for solid fuel combustion, created by adapting front furnaces (combustion chambers) to Scotch type steam boilers. With solid fuel usage, they reliably meet steam demands between 3,000 kg/h – 10,000 kg/h and pressure requirements up to 15 bar.

Front furnaces are specially designed water-tube combustion chambers, where combustion volume and flue gas passages are calculated for maximum combustion efficiency. The connection to the boiler is double-walled and water-cooled. For easy ash removal, there are ash doors at two different points. Depending on the boiler capacity, a combustion grate and feeder are added.
